There are numerous appointees whose terms expired April 30, <br />2011 and whose terms will expire June 30, 2011. At the City Council meeting of June 28, 2010, City <br />Council elected to have the terms begin July 1 and end June 30 of each year allowing new Council <br />Members to be involved in the selection process. <br />The open appointment process was advertised on radio stations, The Paris News, and the City's web- <br />site.
