SUMMARY CURRICULUM VITAE <br />Allan Helberg <br />Allan Helberg is currently involved in the business community in Lamar and Red River Counties. He is <br />President and Co-owner of AR Helberg and Associates, Vice President and Co-owner of Visiting Angels <br />Paris/Texarkana, and Realtor with Century 21 Harvey Properties. He is well ingrained in the Paris business <br />community. He was raised in Red River County and returned to Paris to reside closer to his son, Chad <br />Helberg, and be a part of his grandchildren's lives. He currently serves as Chairman of the Lamar County <br />Medical Reserve Corp and works in conjunction with City and County Emergency Management Coordinator <br />as well with Northeast Texas Regional Advisor Council for Disaster and Emergency Services and Federal <br />Emergency Management Administration. Mr. Helberg graduated from Clarksville High School in 1965. He <br />holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration graduating Magna Cum Laude and an Executive Masters <br />of Business Administration. <br />Allan Helberg is President of Mobile Healthcare, L.L.C. (MHC) of Daltas, Texas. MHC is an international <br />healthcare consulting firm specializing in emergency and critical care services including ground and air medical <br />transportation systems. He has extensive experience in the development, implementation, and management <br />of various EMS systems to include rural and urban programs. He has lectured at state and national levels on <br />numerous healthcare and management topics. <br />Mr. Helberg served as Vice President of Operations for Memorial Health University Medical Center in <br />Savannah, Ga. In this position he was responsible for 400+ employees, including 26 Medical Physicians. He <br />developed and implemented a business plan for a new Outpatient Imaging Center producing $30 million <br />annual gross revenues. He also served as Executive Direc#or of EMS Services at Memorial Health System <br />that included ground and air transportation with and annual budget of $10 million. As member of executive <br />staff, he assisted in leading efforts of hospital culminating in receipt of Fortune Magazine Top 100 Companies <br />to work for in America and J. D. Power and Associates Distinguished Hospital Award for two years. <br />Mr. Helberg's professional activities have included: President Texas Air Medical Association (TAAMS); <br />chairperson of Legislation Committee TAAMS; member Emergency Medical Service Association of Texas, <br />National Flight Paramedic Association; National Management Association, and Association of Air Medical <br />Services(AAMS) critical care transport committee; past chairperson Legislation Committee for Texas <br />Ambulance Association; past member Texas Emergency Health Care Advisory Committee; past president, <br />vice-president Northeast Texas EMS Coordinator Association; past chairperson Northeast Texas Regional <br />Advisory Council, Trauma Service Area F.
