(9) The vehicle is stopped by a police officer for an alleged violation of <br />a city or state traffic law or other law applicable to the operation of a <br />vehicle on the roadway and the vehicle's owner or operator fails to <br />show evidence of financial responsibility as required under Chapter <br />601 of the Texas Transportation Code, as amended." <br />SECTION 2. That should any sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or <br />section of this ordinance be adjudged or held to be unconstitutional, illegal, or invalid, the <br />same shall not affect the validity of this ordinance as a whole, or any part or provision <br />thereof other than the part decided to be invalid, iliegal or unconstitutional. <br />SECTION 3. That all provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Red Oak, <br />Texas, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect, save and except as amended by <br />this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4.
