Prepare the final Project Completion Report, including Minority Business Report, Monthly <br />Employment Utilization Report, Recipient Disclosure/Update Report, documentation of <br />fair housing activities and Certificate of Completion. <br />2. Attend and prepare necessary documentation for state monitoring visit. <br />3. Assist the City in responding to any monitoring findings. <br />4. Assist the City in resolving any third party claims. <br />5. Provide auditor with TDHCA audit guidelines. <br />THE ABOVE SCOPE OF WORK IS INTENDED TO IDENTIFY THE MAJOR ELEMENTS ASSOCIATED <br />WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC WORK PROJECTS UTILIZING <br />TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS. IT IS OUR INTENTION <br />AND PRACTICE TO PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS WITH ALL NECESSARY AND REQUIRED <br />ASSISTANCE TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ASPECT OF <br />THEIR PROJECT. <br />
