B. There was no opposition. <br />Ms. Betfy Entzmingcr. adjacent property owner, stated she is not here to spealc in <br />opposition of the petition. Ms. Entznlinger sitiiply wanted to address concerns over <br />possible drainage Ltnd trash issues. Shawn Napier addressed Ms. Entzminger's <br />concerns over the drainage, stating the property owner will have to address drainage before <br />a building pernlit will be issued. The developer will have to follow City and State laws <br />regarding drainage. Ms. Entzminger further stated again she is not speal:ing in opposition <br />to the petition. <br />Public hearind was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Dennis Chalaire, seconded by JaiiZes Price to approve the zoninb <br />change request.
