These calls can range from questions about the <br />weather to what time does an event take place. We also receive emergency situations by <br />administrative lines. Our telephone switch software does not allow for historical statistics <br />as far as calls handled. The only statistic we can check is call handling for the last seven <br />days. This average of 328 calls a day handled by our dispatchers provided by this report is <br />only an average.
