Participation in the <br />Texas Enterprise Zone Program is possible because PRMC North plans to invest $16,500,000 into an <br />expansion of the North Campus Hospital, and at least twenty-five (25%) of its new or retained <br />employees of the North Campus will be residents of an enterprise zone or economically disadvantaged <br />individuals. <br />A company that qualifies as a State Enterprise Project qualifies for reimbursement of the sales and use <br />tax paid as a part of the business expansion.
