However, with only a few <br />percentage points separating the City of Paris from the 10% maximum <br />standard, you would be prudent to consider redistricting at this time. A suit <br />can be filed at any time the statistical evidence suggests a City's political <br />boundaries are no longer constitutionally balanced. <br />6.
