3. Approval of minutes fi•om previous meetings. (July S, 2011) <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the meeting <br />minutes for the July 5, 2011. Motion carried 7-0. <br />4. Public hearing to provide an opporturzity to present comments mzd written evidence and <br />consideration of arzd action on recommending to the City Council tlie adoption ofproposed <br />arnendments to the Future Land Use Plan Map for the propef•ty located on Lot 1, Block A, <br />Cooper Propane 341 Addition, being located at 3015 South Church Street be changed <br />f-om General Retail to Light Industrial. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />The following individuals spoke in favor of the petition. <br />James Vine, 3110 Dogwood, spoke in favor of the petition. Mr. Vines stated they do both <br />retail service and bulk delivery from this location and need more room. They will be <br />adding addition warehouse and office space. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the petition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by James Price, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the Future Land <br />Use Plan Map change. Motion carried 7-0. <br />5.
