The above described territory is liereby zoned Agricultural District (A) upon annexation as provided for in Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, with the excep6on of the following described tenitory, which is hereby zoned Light Industrial District (LI): Tr;►ct A Being the same tract of land described as the Third Tract in deed to B. Hull Barbee, Mike Barbee, and Pat Barbee dated April 22, 1991, and recorded in Volume 214, Pages 194 and 195, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot No. Five (5), same being the Southeast corner of Lot No. One (1) of the Partition of John S.
