Tract 5 - Situated about 2 miles North 20 Deg. East of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, being the same tract of land as conveyed to Homer C. Ellis by deed recorded in Volume 286, Page 82, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a post for corner in the West Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road, said point being the Southeast corner of said Ellis tract of land, said point also being the Northeast corner of a 48.966 acre tract of land conveyed to the L. P. McCuistion Community Hospital; THENCE North 58 Deg. 50 Min. West a distance of 1,527 feet to a post for corner at the Southwest corner of said Ellis tract of land, said point being in the North Boundary Line of said Hospital tract of land; THENCE North a distance of 614 feet to a stake for corner at the Northwest corner of said Ellis tract of land, said point being the Southwest corner of a 26.40 acre tract of land owned by the Board of Trustees of the Powderly-Reno Independent School District; THENCE South 64 Deg. 15 Min. East with the South Boundary Line of said School District tract a distance of 1,350 feet to a post for corner; THENCE North 23 Deg. 45 Min. East a distance of 290 feet to a post for corner; THENCE South 59 Deg. 30 Min. East with the South Boundary Line of said School District tract a distance of 611 feet to a post for corner in the West Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road, said point being the Northeast corner of said Ellis tract of land and the Southeast corner of said School District tract of land; THENCE along the West Boundary Line of said Road as follows: South 35 Deg. West a distance of 595 feet to a post; South 36 Deg. 15 Min. West a distance of 354 feet to the place of beginning, containing 28.06 acres of land. McCuistion Sanitarium Foundation by Hospital Group of America, recorded in Volume 406, Page 258, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest corner of a tract of land deeded to G. Edward Clark, et al, by deed recorded in Volume 672, Page 312, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE North 29 Deg. East a distance of 216 feet, a stake in the Northeast corner of the McCuistion Sanitarium Foundation tract;
