East a distance of 216 feet, a stake in the Northeast corner of the McCuistion Sanitarium Foundation tract; THENCE North 60 Deg. 57 Min. West a distance of 511.2 feet, a stake in the Northwest corner of said 5.999 acre McCuistion Sanitarium Foundation tract; THENCE South 29 Deg. 22 Min. West a distance of 216 feet to a stake in the West line of said 5.999 acre McCuistion Sanitarium Foundation tract; THENCE South 60 Deg. 57 Min. East of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part the Reddin Russell Survey # 786, being a part of a 94.07 acre tract of land as willed to Estelle Council and as shown in an Affidavit as recorded in Volume 305, Page 455, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin (fl for corner in the North Boundary Line of Stone Avenue at the Southwest corner of a 5.999 acre tract of land conveyed out of said 94.07 acre tract to Maxim Healthcare Corp. by deed recorded in Volume 684, Page 27, of said Deed Records; THENCE along the North Boundary Line of said Stone Avenue as follows: North 60 Deg. 53 Min.
