<br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN
<br />BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND THE
<br />ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 3,168 ACRES,
<br />MORE OR LESS, WHICH IS MORE THAN TEN PERCENT (10$) OF THE
<br />TERRITORY INCLUDED WITHIN ITS PRESENT CITY LIMITS, WHICH
<br />SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT
<br />BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS;
<br />APPROVING SERVICE PLAN AND PROVIDING ZONING FOR SAID
<br />TERRITORY.
<br />WHEREAS, public hearings before the City Council of wthe
<br />City of Paris, Paris, Texas, where all interested persons
<br />were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the
<br />proposed annexation of the following described property:
<br />Being situated in the ti9illiam Brazier Survey,
<br />Ira Reules Survey, J. Dalton Survey, R. Rattan
<br />Survey, J. Rattan Survey, A. McInturff Survey,
<br />M.E.P. & P.R.R. Survey, Wm. Chisum Survey, Thomas
<br />Askins Survey, W. H. Merrill Survey, T. G. Chisum
<br />Survey, B. F. Bourland Survey, J. Watson Survey
<br />and Redin Russell Survey and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary
<br />Line of 19th N.W. Street; said point'being the
<br />Northeast corner of a 7.14 acre tract of land
<br />conveyed to Amalgamated Meat Cutters, A.F. of L.
<br />C.I,O., Local 1229 by deed recorded in Vol. 558,
<br />Page 516 of the Deed Records of Lamar County,
<br />Texas, said point being in the present City Limits
<br />Line of the City of Paris;
<br />THENCE West with the present City Limits
<br />Line, 1,886 feet more or less to the Northwest
<br />corner of a 3.58 acre tract of land conveyed Steve
<br />Heuberger by Deed recorded in Vol. 708, Page 398,
<br />of said deed records;
<br />THENCE North with said City Limit Line, 120
<br />feet more or less to a point;
<br />THENCE West with said City Limit Line 1,250
<br />feet more or less to the most Westerly Southwest
<br />corner of a 141.297 acre tract of land conveyed
<br />Pat O. Cox and Wife, by deed recorded in Vol. 543,
<br />Page 480 of said deed records;
<br />THENCE N 2° 14' E with the West Boundary Line
<br />of said Cox tract, 890 feet to a point for corner;
<br />THENCE East 206 feet to a point for corner;
<br />THENCE North 1,360 feet more or less to a
<br />point in the West Boundary Line of said Cox tract,
<br />said point being the most Northerly Southeast
<br />corner of a 450.08 acre tract of land conveyed the
<br />City of Paris by deed recorded in Vol. 191, Page
<br />533, of said Deed Records, said tract being part
<br />of the Lake Crook property;

<br />feet to a point; N 74 ° E, 148 feet to a point; N
<br />20° W 302 feet to a point; N 820 W, 192 f"eet to a
<br />point in the Northeast Boundary Line of F.M.
<br />Highway No. 79;
<br />THENCE Northwesterly with the Northeast
