Andrew Fasken by deed recorded in Vol. 640, Page 776, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; THENCE N 0° 20' E 830 feet more or less to the South boundary line of F.M. Highway No. 79, the Northeast corner of a 15 acre tract of land conveyed L. W. Martin by deed recorded in Vol. 364, Page 278 of the Deed Records of said County and State; THENCE along the South boundary line of F.M. Highway No. 79 as follows: N 79° W, a distance of 211 feet; N 77° W a distance of 200 feet to the Northwest corner of said 15 acre tract; THENCE South 1,350 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed L. J. Sims by deed recorded in Vol. 343, Page 272, Deed Records of said county and State and the place of beginning and containing 94.80 acres more or less.
