THENCE in a Westerly direction with the South boundary line of the 94.07 acre tract of land approximately 511 feet, a stake; THENCE in a Northerly direction 511 feet, a stake; THENCE in an Easterly direction parallel with the South boundary line of said tract approxi- mately 511 feet, a stake; THENCE in a Southerly direction approximately 511 feet to the place of beginning, containing 6 acres of land being the same property described by survey made on the ground on the 14th day of December, 1984 by J. M. Nelson, Registered Public Surveyor of Texas, No. 4025 as follows: Situated about 2 miles North 5 Deg. East of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and being a part of a 94.07 acre tract of land as willed to Estelle Council as shown in an Affidavit as recorded in Vol. 305, Page 455, of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line af Stone Ave. at the Southwest corner of a 2 acre tract of land conveyed G. Edward C1ark et al by deed recorded in Vol. 672, Page 312, of said Deed Records, said point being in the present South boundary line of .said 94.07 acre tract. THENCE North 29 Deg, 22 Min. East at 295.2 feet passing the Northwest corner of said 2 acre tract and continuing on a total distance of 511.2 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 60 Deg. 56 Min. West a distance of 511.2 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 29: Deg. 22 Min. West a distance of 511.2 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 60 Deg. 56 Min. East along the North Boundary Line of said Stone Ave. and the South Boundary Line of said 9.407 acre tract a distance of 511.2 feet to the place of beginning and contairiing 5.99 acres of land. Section 2. The above described territory and area so annexed shall be part of the City of Paris, Texas, and the property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part of the taxes levied by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. Section 3. The above described territory is hereby zoned OFFICE DISTRICT (O) upon annexation as provided for-in Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. Section 4. It is hereby,declared to be the inten- tion of the City Council of the City of Paris that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this ordinance are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence paragraph or section of this ordinance shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid by the valid judgment or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, stich unconsti- tutionality or invalidity shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs and sections of this ordinance, since the same would have been enacted by the City Council without the incorporation in this ordinance of any unconstitutional or invalid phrases,
