ORDINANCE N0. 84-n32 AN ORDINAPICE 1'ROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND THE AIINEXATION OF CFRTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 90.62 ACRES, MORE OR LrSS, 47HICH IS LESS TIiAN TEN PEP,CENT (107 ) OF THE TERRITORY INCLUDED WITHIN ITS PRESENT CITY LIMITS, WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING ZONING FOR SAID TERRITORY. WfiEREAS, public hearings before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an opportunity ta be heard on the proposed annexation of the following described property: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russel.l Survey, and being all of a 4.113 acre tract of land conveyed Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc, by deed recorded in Vol. 430, Page 437, also being a part of a 87.56 acre tract of land conveyed Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc, by deed recorded in Vol. 430, Page 337 of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at a concrete marker for corner at the Northwest corner of said 87.56 acre tract of ' land; THENCE along the East Boundary Line of 19th N. W. as follows: South 7 Deg, West a distance of 285 feet.; South a distance of 799 feet.; South 45 Degrees East a distance of 28 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE along the North Boundary Line of Center Street as follows: South 89 Deg. 20 Min East a distance of 2653 feet., South 86 Deg.
