This corner also being the NEC of a 5 acre tract owned by Earl Leonard; _ THENCE S 00 °-52' W parallel to and 100 feet East oE the EBL of said Earl Leon$rd tract a distance of 1200. 44 feet to an iron pin in the NBL of Loop Highway 286, said iron pin being in the present City Limit Line; THENCE N 66°-51' E along the NBL of Loop Highway 286 and the present City Limit Line a distance of 1316. 43 feet to an iron pin; THENCE N 57-40 E a distance of 570. 30 feet along the NBL, of Loop Highway 286 and the present City Limit Line, to a concrete marker at the intersection of said Loop 286 and F. M. Road 79, or 19th N. W. Street. Said corner being the most easterly southeast corner of the Baldwin to the City of Paris tract; THENCE N 11-15 W continuing with the present City Limit Line, a distance of 75.30 feet along the WBL of T. M. Road 79 and 1.9th N. W. Street to a concrete marker and the place of beginning, and containing 25.871 acres of land, more or less. Section 2. The above described territory and area so annexed shall be a part of the City of Paris, Texas, and the property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part of the taxes levied by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations~ of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. Section 3. The above described territory is hereby zoned Light Industrial District (LI) upon annexation as provided Eor in Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. Section 4. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City Council of the City of Paris that the sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this ordinance are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section of this ordinance shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid by the valid judgment or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any of the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs and sections of this or- dinance, since the same would have been enacted by the City Council without the incorporation in this ordinance of any unconstitutional or invalid phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs or sections. It is further~ hereby declared to be the intention of the City Council of the City of Paris to exclude any area or area s described in the de - scription of the property to be annexed, which are not within said City's jurisdiction to annex and that such area or areas should be carved out of the description of the property herein described by the valid judgment or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, in order that such area or areas would not cause this annexation ordinance to be found to be invalid, voidable or void. Section 5. This ordinance shall be published and passed inw the manner provided in Article TI, Section 7, of the Charter of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas.
