.i ; " ORDINANCE NO. 2369 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OT CER- TAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 3.30 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, WHICH IS LESS THAN TEN PER CENT (10°/~0) Or TI-IE TERRITORY INCLUDED WITHIN ITS PRESENT CITY LIMITS, WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING ZONING rOR SAID TERRITORY. Whereas, a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the following described territory, to-wit: TRACT l: Being all that certain tract or parcel of land situated within the County of Lamar and State of Texas, being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, a part of a 44 acre tract of land conveyed George O. Fisher, Jr. , by deed recorded in Volume 312, Page 381 of the Deed Records of said County and State, and also being a part of 57 acres conveyed J. L.
