<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That rhe Following described property presently
<br />located within the corporate limits of the City of Par.is, Lamar County,
<br />Texas, which is wliolly uninhabited, owned or being acquired by Paris,
<br />Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. , be, and the same is hereby
<br />separated, disannexed, removed and excluded from the corporate
<br />area of said C.ity, and the boundary limits oF the City of Paris are
<br />hereby amended, clianged and corrected, so as to exclude said terri-
<br />tory and to conform to the same as herein set ouC in two tracts, to-wit:
<br />TRACT 1: Situated about 2-1/2 miles South
<br />55 Degrees est of the Ciry of Paris, Lamar Countyp-i
<br />Texas, a part of the Lemuel Ewer, Asa Jarman and
<br />Isaac Cruse Surveys, and being a part of 128. 38 acres
<br />of land conveyed Paris, Texas Industr.ial Foundation, Inc.
<br />by Nell Bankhead 0'Neill and husband, 0. R. 0'Neill,
<br />recorded Book 550, Page 886, Deed Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas.
