ORDINANCE NO. 2267 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CER- TAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OI-~' TI1E CITY Or PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND TT-1E ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 31.45 AC1tES, MORE OR LESS, WIIICII IS LESS Tf-IAN TEN PER CENT (lOf ) OF THE TERRITORY INCLUDED WITHIN ITS PRESENT CITY LIMITS, WIIICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOiNS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING ZONING FOR SA ID TEI2R ITORY. Whereas, a public hear.ing before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the following described terr.itory: Situated partly within r11e Corporate Limits of the City of Par.is, County of Lamar, State of Texas, a part of the ' Joseph Leach Survey, and being a tract of land now owned by D. Wayne Brown and G. Eugene Brown and being a part of the follow.ing tract of land conveyed J. L.
