IMMUNITIES OF CITIZENSHIP UPON THE INHABITANTS OF SAID TERRITORY, EXTENDING THE BOUN- DARY OF WARD FOUR SO AS TO EMBRACE AND INCLUI?E ALL OF SAID TERRITORY AND INC ORPORATING THE SAME IN SAID WARD FOUR, PROVIDING THA,T ALL ORDINANCES, RULES, REGULATIONS, AND LAWS IN EFFECT IN THE CITY OF PARIS AND THAT MAY HEREAFTER BE PASSED IN FULL FORCE ANI? TERRITORY AFTER PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE, INSTRUCTING THE QTY ENGINEER TO MAKE A SURVEY FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY IN ACCORDANCE HEREWITH AND TO CONSTRUCT A COM- PLETE MAP OF SUCH TERRITORY SHOWING STREETS, ALLEyS; LOTS, TR.ACTS, AND PROPERTY OWNERS, AND TO FILE SAME WITH THE CITY CLERK AND TO CORRECT THE IvLAP OF THE CITY OF PARIS SO AS TO , A►DD SUCH TERRITORY THERETO; AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO LIST ALL PROPERTY TF-IEREIN ANI? PLACE SAME ON THE TAX ROLLS OF THE CITY OF PARIS ANI? Td HEREAFTER ASSESS SAME FQR TAXES IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW,' BE IT ORDAINED: BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the following described territory in Lamar County, Texas, lying adjacent to the present boundary limits of the City of Paris, ~ be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Paris and admitted into the corporation of said City, and is hereby made and constituted a part and portion of the City of Paris, and the Boundary Limits of the City of Paria are hereby extended so as to include and embrace said territory and to conform to same as herein set out, to-wit: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and described a s follow s : Beginning at a point where the W. B. Line of 25th Street, N. E. intersects the N. B. Line of the North City Limits of the City of Paris; Thence North with the W. B. Line of 25th Street, N. E. to the present City Limit Line of a portion of Hillcrest Addition; Thence West and North with the present City Limit Line in Hillcrest Addition to Farm to Market Road No. 195; Thence South West with the South Boundary Line of Farm to Market Road 195 to where Farm to Market Road 195 intersects the Eastern City Li.mit Line of the City of Paris; Thence South with the E. B. Line of the present City Limits to an E. B. Line of the present City Limits at a point approxi- mately 200 feet East of where Tudor Street intersects 20th Street, N. E.; Thence East with said North City Limit Line to the place of beginning. -The inhabitants within said annexed territory are and shall hereafter be entitled to enjoy all the rights, privileges and immunities of citizens of the City of Paris9 and all laws, ordinances, rules, resolutions, acts, and 'regula.tions of said City now in force in said City of Paris, and tha.t may be hereafter passed, shall be and are in full force and effect in said territory hereby annexed and admitted; said area to Ue admitted under a Residential zoning classification.
