• Lift Station Pump Performance Testing. <br />• Survey location of approximately 400 manholes for the Hydraulic Model. <br />• Hydraulic Modeling of the collection system (10" diameter and greater) with <br />HYDRAO. <br />• Provide recommendations for rehabilitation of Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) source <br />defects in the sanitary collection system in an effort to reduce overflows and <br />bypasses into surrounding receiving waters. <br />• Provide information for use in addressing Administrative Order issued by <br />the EPA in (month, yeaz). <br />• Installation of five (5) permanent flow meters and five (5) rain gauges, and; <br />C. Location <br />The City of Paris, which is the seat of Lamar County, is located in northeastern <br />Texas at the intersection of Highway 82 (East-West) and Highway 271 (North- <br />South), between the north and south forks of the Sulphur River. Longitude and <br />latitude are 33.667 north and 95.548 west, respectively. <br />D. Climate <br />The climate in the Lamaz County azea can be characterized by relatively mild <br />winters and hot summers. Tropical maritime air masses flow through the azea in <br />late spring, su.mmer and early fall, and polaz air masses frequent the area in winter. <br />Rainfall is abundant and is distributed throughout the year. The mean annual <br />precipitation is approximately 45.32 inches. <br />E. Topography <br />The elevation in Lamar County and it neighboring Delta County range from about <br />335 feet above sea level in the southeastern part of the area to about 620 feet on the <br />ADS Environmental Services, Inc. <br />II-2 <br />
