Manhole Conditions <br />Each point of access was inspected and the following information was <br />recorded on Field Survey Forms and then entered into a database for <br />subsequent computer analysis. <br />Manhole Data <br />• Construction materials and conditions of covers, rings, walls, <br />steps, benches and channels <br />• Manhole depth and opening size <br />• Number of holes in cover <br />• Manhole address <br />• Level of high water mazk in manhole <br />• Type and depth of debris <br />• Special problems and conditions such as sources of inflow, <br />bypasses, and manholes located in natural ponding areas <br />Line Data <br />• Size, type, length and depth of each line entering the manhole <br />• Root growth in pipe <br />• Depth of deposition in pipe <br />• Structural condition of pipe <br />Summarized results of the visual inspection can be found in Appendix D <br />(Manhole and Line Condition Reports).
