Brown by deed recorded in <br />Volume 1240, Page 25, of the Lamar County Real Property Records and being further described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at an iron pin found for corner in the North Line of Abby Lane, and in the center <br />of a creek, said being the most Southerly Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Bradley <br />K. Drake and wife, Julie L. Drake by deed recorded in Volume 1110, Page 294, of the Lamar County <br />Real Property Records; <br />Thence South 45°38'18" West along the South line of Brown tract and along the North line <br />of Abby Lane a distance of 175.00 feet to an iron pin set for the Easterly Southeast corner of a tract <br />of land conveyed to Michael S. Kennedy and wife, Jana F. Kennedy by deed recorded in Volume <br />1007, Page 327, of the Lamar County Real Property Records; <br />Thence North 44°22' West along the Southwest line of Brown tract to the most Westerly <br />corner of Brown tract and along the most Easterly line of said Kennedy in all a distance of 599.63 feet <br />to an iron pin found in the South line of a tract of land conveyed to Wayne D.
