Yes it should be carried forward. <br />Mr. Schenk: Yes it will but then you have the time frame they have to consider to deliberate <br />though. <br />Mr. Methven: Oh yes <br />Mr. Malone: Kind of a lengthy process anyway. <br />Mr. Schenk: As long as it meets monthly, I think that is the key. <br />Mr. Malone: Is there discussion about a date that would be preferred by the members? <br />Mr. Denney: Not Thursday. <br />Mr. Starrett: What would the second Tuesday be like? <br />Mr. Denney: That is fine <br />Woman: Second Tuesdays are fine with me because Monday's are a little difficult for me. <br />Mr. Starrett: Second Tuesday. <br />Paul Denney: 3 o'clock? <br />Woman 1: Are we talking 3 to 5 Arvin? <br />Mr. Malone: Is that in the form of a motion? <br />Mr. Denney: I make that motion. <br />Mr. Malone: Paul Denney moves. Second? Sue Lancaster seconds. All those in favor signify by <br />raising your right hand. And all those opposed same sign. Ayes have it. That will <br />be the second Tuesday from 3 to 5 and the meetings will also be held out here at <br />Paris Junior College in one of these two rooms. <br />I might say again that the agendas will be generated by the City. So if the chairmen <br />feel the need to call a meeting just contact Mr. Haynes or you know any member of <br />the staff, my secretary or myself, and we will get that lined up. But we will work on <br />the basis of the regular meeting date that are established unless the commissions <br />have other meetings that they feel they need to have or we will let you know if there <br />are other matters that come up that require a meeting and we will visit with the <br />
