SEPTEMBER 6, 2011 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, September 6, <br />2011, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Dennis Chalaire, Chairman. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Holland Harper <br />Jerry Akers <br />Dennis Chalaire <br />Richard Hunt <br />Keith Flowers <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />James Price <br />Keith Barnett <br />C. Also present was Jeanna Scott, Planning and Zoning Liaison; and Mayor Hashmi. <br />2. Approval ofrninutes.from previous meetings. (August 1, 2011) <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the meeting <br />minutes for the August 1, 2011. Motion carried 5-0. <br />3. Public hearing and cotzsideration of and action on the Site Plan for PaYis Town Center on <br />Lot 1, Block A, Mirabeau Square 287 Addition, being n:cmber 3450 and 3590 Lamar- <br />Avenue. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the petition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by a Keith Flowers to approve the site plan <br />subject to the City Engineers recommendations.
