12. First reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance amending Section 2-98 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris to provide for an increase in emergency and non- emergency ambulance mileage rates. 13. First reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance Amending the Traffic Control Map adopted in Section 31-65(b) of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Paris, Texas; establishing a stop sign on Loop 286 and S. Collegiate Drive stopping south-bound traffic on S. Collegiate Drive. 14. First reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance Amending the Traffic Control Map adopted in Section 31-65(b) of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Paris, Texas; establishing a stop sign on Evergreen and S. Church Street stopping east-bound traffic on Evergreen. 15. Deliberate on the purchase of equipment for the Police Department and the Utilities Department. 16. Deliberate on the possibility of a tax free zone in West Paris for new development. 17. Convene into Executive Session: • Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflict with this chapter, to-wit: a) Paris-Lamar County Health Department; and b) Ranger Abbott vs. City of Paris, et al; 62"d Judicial District Court, Lamar County, Texas; Cause No. 79627. • Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee as follows: discuss city manager applicants and conduct interviews. 18. Reconvene into open session, deliberate and possibly take action on those matters discussed in Executive Session. 19. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081. 20. Adjournment.
