Approving the extension of Emergency Medical Services to that area of Lamar County, State of Texas, outside the city limits of the city of Paris and authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Contract between the City of Paris and the County of Lamar for such emergency medical services. B. Approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 4 (Attachment No. 4) to Contract for Public Health Services, TDH Document No. 7560022067-2005. C. Approving a Professional Services Contract for hydraulic design, bridge design and related services for replacement of the collapsed Smith Creek Bridge located on County Road 32900, being the secondary entrance into the City of Paris Water Treatment Plant. D. Approving and authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreementwith North Lamar Independent School District for provision of School Resource Officer services to NLISD campuses during the 2004-2005 school year. E. Approving and authorizing a new grade and step pay plan for all new employees and employee promotions to higher grade, other than certified non-director employees of the Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services Departments. F. Rescinding its prior action and repealing Resolution No. 2002-157, passed on October 10, 2002, which approved and ratified the execution of an application for a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department National Recreation Trails Grant and authorized the acceptance of said Grant; and authorizing the notification of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department as to the City's intention not to participate in that project designated the Lake Crook Trails Project. 12.
