Furnishing and delivery of Powdered Activated Carbon for use in the <br />Water Treatment Plant. <br />11. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: <br />A. Approving the extension of Emergency Medical Services to that area of <br />Lamar County, State of Texas, outside the city limits of the city of Paris <br />and authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Contract <br />between the City of Paris and the County of Lamar for such emergency <br />medical services. <br />B. Approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 4 <br />(Attachment No. 4) to Contract for Public Health Services, TDH <br />Document No. 7560022067-2005. <br />C. Approving a Professional Services Contract for hydraulic design, <br />bridge design and related services for replacement of the collapsed <br />Smith Creek Bridge located on County Road 32900, being the <br />secondary entrance into the City of Paris Water Treatment Plant. <br />D. Approving and authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreementwith North <br />Lamar Independent School District for provision of School Resource <br />Officer services to NLISD campuses during the 2004-2005 school year. <br />E. Approving and authorizing a new grade and step pay plan for all new <br />employees and employee promotions to higher grade, other than <br />certified non-director employees of the Police, Fire, and Emergency <br />Medical Services Departments. <br />F. Rescinding its prior action and repealing Resolution No. 2002-157, <br />passed on October 10, 2002, which approved and ratified the execution <br />of an application for a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department National <br />Recreation Trails Grant and authorized the acceptance of said Grant; <br />and authorizing the notification of the Texas Parks and Wildlife <br />Department as to the City's intention not to participate in that project <br />designated the Lake Crook Trails Project. <br />12.
