THENCE North 58 ° 36' 30" West a distance of 203.47 feet to an iron pin found for corner at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 8; THENCE South 71° 29'59" West a distance of 75.88 feet to an iron pin set for corner in the most Northerly line of said Lot 8; THENCE North 45 ° 47' 14" East a distance of 363.20 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE North 44° 12'46" West a distance of 26.67 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE around a curve to the right having a radius of 741.20 feet long, chord bears North 43° 11'45" West a distance of 41.10 feet, an arc distance of 41.11 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE North 51° 05'37" East a distance of 1299.36 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South 89° 02'43" East a distance of 150.82 feet to an iron pin set for corner; THENCE South 64° 08'23" East a distance of 364.46 feet to the point of beginning and containing 13.635 acres of land, be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the city of Paris, Texas, and that boundary limits of the city of Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, extended to include the above-described territory, and the same shall hereafter be included within the territorial limits of the city of Paris, and that said land and the inhabitants thereof shall hereafter be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and subject to all of the obligations and responsibilities of other citizens of the city of Paris, Texas, and shall be bound by the acts and ordinances of the City of Paris. Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to file with the County Clerk of Lamar County, Texas, a certified copy of this Ordinance accompanied by a copy of the Petition for Annexation. Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. That this ordinance shall become effective on October 1, 2004.
