That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br />Section 2. That the following described property, to-wit: <br />Being all that certain tract of land situated in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, <br />a part of the Wesley Askins Survey, Abstract #7, conveyed to Wayne D. Brown by deed <br />recorded in Volume 1240, Page 25, of the Lamar County Real Property Records and being <br />further described as follows: <br />Beginning at an iron pin found for corner in the North Line of Abby Lane, and <br />in the center of a creek, said being the most Southerly Southwest corner of a tract of <br />land conveyed to Bradley K. Drake and wife, Julie L. Drake by deed recorded in <br />Volume 1110, Page 294, of the Lamar County Real Property Records; <br />Thence South 45°38' 18" West along the South line of Brown tract and along <br />the North line of Abby Lane a distance of 175.00 feet to an iron pin set for the <br />Easterly Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Michael S.
