AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN BOLTNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 11.613 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS REQUESTED BY PETITION OF THE OWNERS THEREOF; GRANTING TO SAID TERRITORY AND TO ALL FUTLTRE INHABITANTS OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID FUTLTRE INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, a petition of annexation has been duly signed and acknowledged by each and every person or corporation having an interest in the following described territory, to-wit: Being a11 that certain tract of land situated about 2.5 miles North 30° East of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and being a part of a called 130.5 acre tract of land conveyed to May Belle Dunnagan by deed recorded in Vol. 210, Page 286, of the Deed Records of said County and State. Beginning at a 3/8" iron pin (f) for corner at an original el corner of said Dunnagan 130.5 acre tract, said corner being the Northeast corner of a called 18.4 acre tract of land conveyed to Richard B. Swint by deed recorded in Vol. 526, Page 880, of said Deed Records, said 18.4 acre tract of land originally being a part of said Dunnagan 130.5 acre tract, said corner also being the Northerly Northwest corner of a called 99.54 acre tract of land conveyed to Townwood Development Co., Inc., by deed recorded in Vol. 511, Page 188, of the Rea1 Property Records of said County and State. THENCE South 89°43'26" West along a fence along the North Boundary Line of said Swint 18.4 acre tract a distance of 318.31 feet to a 1/z" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner, said corner being Easterly a distance of 344.24 feet from a 1/z" iron pin (f) at the Northwest corner of said Swint 18.4 acre tract; THENCE North 30°13'29" East a distance of 607.17 feet to a 1/z" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE West a distance of 345.41 feet to a 1/z" capped (JMN - 4025) iron pin (s) for corner; THENCE North 37 ° 14' O 1" East along the East Boundary Line of Stillhouse
