Lucius Joe, Jr. made a motion that the building be demolished wi hin 30 <br />days with a$1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />C. 964 E. Polk, Lot 2, Block 4, Gibbons Park Addition <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this <br />Pike Burkhart made a motion that the building be demolished wi hin 30 <br />days with a$1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demol sh the <br />building. Lucius Joe, Jr. seconded the motion. The motion arried <br />unanimously. <br />D. 1005 lOth Street S.E. (903 lOth Street S.E.), Lot 16, Block 2, Mar <br />Addition <br />Mr. Ernest Pratt spoke on behalf of the property. He stated that he <br />to repair the property. Members of the Commission felt that the t <br />was beyond repair and should be demolished. <br />Ward Hall made a motion that the building be repaired or dem lished <br />within 45 days with a$1000 per day civil penalty and, if the bui ing is <br />not demolished within the 45 day time period, the City will demo ish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion.
