T. 4245 th Street S.W., Lot 19, City Block 109-B <br />Mr. Franklin Makovic spoke on behalf of the property. He stated <br />intends to repair the property and sale it. <br />he <br />Brad Archer made a motion that the building be repaired or dem lished <br />within 60 days with a$1000 per day civil penalty and, if the bui ding is <br />not repaired or demolished within the 60 day time period, the C ty will <br />demolish the building. The building must also be secured in on week. <br />Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimous y <br />U. 519 W. Austin, Lot 26, City Block 109-B <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this prop <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished wi hin 30 <br />days with a$1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demo 'sh the <br />building. Lucius Joe, Jr. seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br />V. 336 3rd Street S.W., lot 8, City Block 118 <br />Mr. Joe Wilson spoke on behalf of the property. He stated that he i <br />to demolish the building himself.
