<br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this o~d nance are he eby in all

<br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Z~ 'ng Map and rdinance
<br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hþreþ , changed, d that the
<br />structure on the property located at 2006 Bonham Street in the City' of!P is, Texas, e, and the
<br />same is hereby designated as an Historic Structure and that an Histori~ verlay Dist . ct No. 12
<br />(HD-12) be, and the same is hereby, established on the aforesaid prop~ y, as reco ended by
<br />the Paris Historic Preservation Commission and the Planning and Zo~ Commissi , so as to
<br />include in such Historic Overlay District No. 12 (HD-12) the hereinafter!d scribed prop rty, while
<br />preserving the respective existing use and zoning regulations of the prop~r y previously esignated
<br />thereon, and that the boundaries of said Historic Overlay District Nol. 2 (HD-12) e, and the

<br />adopted to apply to the aforesaid property included in the Historic Ov11 y District N . 12 (HD-
<br />12) designated herein, in accordance with the terms and provisions ofl rticle VII to hapter 7,
<br />Sections 7-151 through 7-164 of the Code of Ordinances of the C! of Paris, t e Historic
<br />Preservation Ordinance, as amended, and Ordinance No. 1710 as amen4e , the Zoning Ordinance
<br />of the City of Paris, Texas:
