He is trying to paint his bu iness now <br />and he does not want to paint it and cause these peo Ie drastic <br />problems. <br /> <br />There was no further opposition, the public hearing wa declared <br />closed. <br /> <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of the Historic P eservation <br />Commission for a change in zoning to include a Histor c Overlay <br />District No.8 (HD) on Lot 1, City Block 118, being locate at 357 W. <br />Kaufman Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve as Historic Overlay Distric No.8 by <br />Bobby Myers, seconded by Brad Archer. Motion carried y a vote of <br />8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Final Plat, The Res dences on <br />Stillhouse. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Final Plat by Bobby Myer , seconded <br />by Carl Lucas, subject to the City Engineer's Memo date, July 29, <br />2004 including a utility easement added to the plat. Motion carried by <br />a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 4 Block C, <br />Townwood Estates #3. <br />
