<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 15B, 16, 17 and 18A.

<br />The following lots are north of Hearne Avenue and shall b excluded

<br />The public hearing was declared open.

<br />Arvin Starrett, 629 Church Street, Historic Preservation C mmission
<br />Chairman, spoke in favor of the petition stating that the Com issioners
<br />looked at this district long and hard and there were revisi ns over a
<br />period of time. A public hearing was held earlier this year nd later a
<br />neighborhood meeting was held in order to answer quesf ons or get
<br />input from citizens with regard to the district and then held he second
<br />formal public hearing with results which were forwar ed to the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission. The nine members and lternates
