M. 1335 7th Street N.W. <br />Item A was left on the table. Motion to forward the remaining structures to the <br />Building and Standards Commission was made by Claudia Hunt, seconded <br />by Sue Lancaster. Motion carried 6-0. <br />5. Discussion of status and possible action on the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article lll of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />"Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," and previously <br />determined by the Historic Preservation Commission to be buildings or <br />structures that can be rehabilitated and designated on the National Register <br />of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic <br />property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris: <br />A. Lot 8, City Block 118, 336 3rd Street S.W. (April 26, 2004) <br />B. Lot 15, City Block 92, 758 1st Street N.E. (May 24, 2004) <br />C. Lot 13, City Block 128, 1320 W. Kaufman Street (May 24, 2004) <br />D. Lot 16, City Block 128, 1366 W. Kaufman Street (May 24, 2004) <br />The Historic Preservation Officer advised the Commission that Item A would <br />be forwarded to the August Building and Standards Commission meeting by <br />virtue of the 90 days expiring. <br />6. Receipt of report from the Historic Preservation Officer. The HPO reported <br />that she was waiting to hear back from ArchiTexas regarding the current <br />status of design guidelines. She reminded the Commission that they had <br />items on the upcoming P&Z agenda. Commission members asked the HPO <br />to look into several items related to code enforcement. <br />7.
