MINUTES <br />CITY OF PARIS HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />PARIS JUNIOR COLLEGE <br />BOBBY R. WALTERS APPLIED TECHNOLOGY BUILDING, ROOM 1206 <br />WEST ENTRANCE <br />2400 CLARKSVILLE STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY, JUNE 28, 2004 <br />4:00 0'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The Historic Preservation Commission Meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Arvin Starrett at 4:00 P.M. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Barbara Wilson, Vice-Chairman <br />Paul Denney <br />Sue Lancaster <br />Claudia Hunt <br />Jerry Raper <br />Alternate: Brian Wear <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Ann Rodgers <br />Alternate: Becki Norment <br />C. Also present was Lisa Wright, Historic Preservation Officer. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. Motion to approve the minutes <br />from October 14, 2002, May 24, 2004, and June 9, 2004, was made by Sue <br />Lancaster, seconded by Claudia Hunt. Motion carried 7-0. <br />3. Discussion of and possible action on approving and adopting the 13 Most <br />Endangered Properties List for2004 and authorizing the Historic Preservation <br />Officer to register such properties in the Historic Endangered Landmark <br />Program (HELP) under the Texas Historical Commission. <br />4. Public hearing to receive citizen comments regarding declaring the following <br />properties as a historic landmarks: <br />A. 714 Graham Street (Baldwin House) <br />B. 623 6th Street S. E. (Gibbons House) <br />
