d. Farmers Market - last weekend of farmers market. Free pumpkins to the <br />first 100 people to decorate. Big weekend planned. It has been a strong season <br />this year and we are looking forward to next year. <br />e. Resignation of Dustin Lindsey and Micheal Cody - two new applicants <br />have already been assigned - Karie Raulston and Casey ressler <br />5. Committee Reports <br />a. Organization - no report (Cheri has a list of committee goals that <br />Michael and she had established, ready for a new committee chair) <br />b. Design - no report (Cheri - the three bike racks have been placed <br />downtown, special thanks to the lions club for paying for half) <br />c. Promotions - Kari - see the pumpkin festival notes. Bill has requested <br />help from the committee for the Paws dash. <br />d. Economic Restructure - Britin - goal is to establish a new tax code for <br />downtown. (*see attached email from Britin) <br />e. HPC report - Matt - Britin is the new representative on this committee. <br />Eight agenda items, sign requests, new businesses. Britin presented on the <br />courthouse parking lot to the committee. <br />f. PDA report - Kari Daniel, PDA president - PDA is growing. New <br />businesses downtown a5 well as a general buzz. Two events on their calendar, <br />networking event at the Skinny Grill and downtown trick or treating on Halloween. <br />g. VCC/Chamber - Becky - no report <br />6. Future Agenda Items - set a date for the future workshop. Tentative ideas: <br />roofs, insurance, incentives. Come with your ideas at the next meeting. 7anuary <br />20. <br />7. Adjourn.
