MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P. . <br />Director of Engi ' g, Planning and Development <br />DATE: November 29, 2011 <br />SUBJECT: Neagle Addition Block 10, Lots 4-5 & 6-7 Replat <br />I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies <br />with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions. <br />1. Show a five foot utility easement along Church Street. <br />2. Show the proposed five foot utility easement extending to the Church Street Right-of- <br />Way (ROW). <br />3. In order to abandon the alley ROW a letter is needed from the franchise utility <br />companies. The letter should state that they approve of the alley closure and that no <br />utilities exist in the alley ROW or they would like to reserve a utility easement. <br />I recommend approval of the replat upon submission of the franchise utility letters for alley <br />abandonment and a corrected mylar copy with signatures of the surveyor and owner prior to <br />noon on December 9th, 2011. <br />cc: Gene Anderson, Interim City Manager <br />Jim Nelson, R.P.L.S., Nelson Surveying <br />Clyde Pickens <br />78 <br />
