<br />Investigator - Deputy - Fannin County: Works to <br />develop cases related to trafficking, selling, and/or <br />distribution of controlled substances. Duties include <br />undercover purchases, surveillance, and case <br />preparation and filing for prosecution. May also <br />present law enforcement educational programs to <br />local clubs, associations, schools, or meetings. <br />Must be at leflst 21 years of age and a certified <br />peace offièer in the State of Texas and must <br />maintciinTCLOSE required hours of training. Salary <br />$ 25,867 plus $ 13,276 benefits. Monitors operations ensuring <br />efficiency of personnel and resources, works with <br />advisory board, and coordinates with Texas <br />Department of Public Safety. Will prepare grant <br />application and adjustments as needed for task force <br />operation within the Criminal Justice Division <br />guidelines to present to project director for approval <br />and signature. Will be responsible for compiling and <br />reporting statistical data reported to the Criminal <br />Justice Division, Texas A&M University, and Texas <br />Department of Public Safety. Supervises the <br />reviewing of investigative reports and is responsible <br />for the integrity and performance of the task force. <br />Keeps the project director, along with the Board of <br />Directors, aware of the operations of the unit, <br />develops policies and procedures. Must be a <br />licensed peace officer and maintain TCLEOSE. <br /> <br />Investigator - Sergeant - Texas Department of Public <br />Safety: Works to develop cases related to <br />trafficking, selling, and/or distribution of controlled <br />substances. Duties include undercover purchases, <br />surveillance, and case preparation and filing for <br />prosecution. <br />Investigator - Deputy - Lamar County: Works to <br />develop cases related to trafficking, selling, and/or <br />distribution of controlled substances. Duties include <br />undercover purchases, surveillance, and case <br />preparation and filing for prosecution. May also <br />present law enforcement educational programs to <br />local clubs, associations, schools, or meetings. <br />Must be at least 21 years of age and a certified <br />peace officer in the State of Texas and must <br />maintain TCLOSE required hours of training. <br />Salary $ 30,714 plus $ 11,919 benefits.
