<br />Investigator - Deputy - Hopkins County: Investigates <br />suspected illegal activities by developing and <br />maintaining contacts with informants, suspects, and <br />witnesses. Conducts overt and covert investigations <br />in order to obtain evidence for criminal prosecution. <br />Conducts surveillances, serves subpoenas and <br />warrants. makes arrests, transports suspects, <br />participates in raids, keeps track of offenders, writes <br />investigative reports. and performs other law <br />enforcement and investigative duties as needed or as <br />assigned. Conducts overt and covert <br />investigations in order to obtain evidence for criminal <br />prosecution. Conducts surveillances, serves <br />subpoenas and warrants, makes arrests, transports <br />suspects, participates in raids, keeps track of <br />offenders, writes investigative reports, and performs <br />other law enforcement and investigative duties as <br />needed or as assigned. Must be at least 21 years of <br />age and a certified peace officer in the State of Texas <br />and must maintain TCLOSE required hours of <br />training. <br /> <br />Office Manager - City of Sulphur Springs: <br />Responsible for overall day-to-day administrative <br />operation of the task force. Oversees and prepares <br />investigative, confidential informant reports, juvenile <br />reports, defendant photographs and files. <br />Assembles case reports for submission to <br />prosecutors including preparing cover sheet, copies, <br />and additional necessary documents as required by <br />the attorneys. Compiles statistics, Annual and Six <br />Month Progress Reports. Responsible for computer <br />training of investigators and performs weekly <br />maintenance of TLETS computer tower. Approves <br />report transfers to Austin, performs other office <br />support functions such as file maintenance, mail <br />distributions, general typing, and interacts with the <br />general public to answer questions pertaining to the <br />task force and refers other questions to supervisors, <br />inyestigators,"'or Qther agencies.
