<br />R. <br /> <br />Ryan Lassiter made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Mr. Simms outlined his plans to rehabilitate the <br />property. <br /> <br />Greg Wilson made a motion that the building be repaired or demolished <br />within 60 days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is <br />not repaired or demolished within the 60 day time period, the City will <br />demolish the building. The building must also be secured in one week. <br />Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion.
