<br />. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-29. Crop dusting and spraying. <br /> <br />ticketing and ground transportation. <br /> <br />The followmg standards shall apply to crop dusting and spraying operations conducted from Cox Field: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The operator must make suitable arrangements for the safe storage and containment of noxious <br />chemical material. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The operator must provide aircraft suitably equipped for agricultural operations with adequate <br />safeguards against spillage on runways and taxiways, or dispersal by wind force to other operational <br />areas of the airport. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />All empty cans, barrels, sacks or other containers that result from the agricultural operations must be <br />placed in containers and disposed of in a reasonable length of time. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-30. Aircraft rental and sale. <br /> <br />The following standards shall apply to the sale or rental of aircraft at Cox Field: <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The operator must have a sales or distributorship franchise from and aircraft manufacturer for new <br />aircraft, or adequate sources of used aircraft. . <br /> <br />The operator must provide suitable sales and office facilities, leased, rented or constructed on the <br />airport property. <br /> <br />The operator must provide arrangements at Cox Field for the repair and servicing of sales aircraft <br />during the sales guarantee. <br /> <br />The operator must provide a stock of spare parts for the principal aircraft types for which sales <br />privileges are granted. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-31. Aircraft, engine and accessory maintenance. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The operator must provide minimum hangar, shop and storage space as prescribed by the City. <br /> <br />The operator must make available repairmen and mechanics in such fields as airframe and engine <br />maintenance requires. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-32. Airport tenant self-service fueliIig. <br /> <br />The following standards shall apply to a tenant at Cox Field who has a current lease with the City and desires to self-fuel <br />his own airplane or airplanes: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The self-fueler must have a current hangar lease with the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-33. Penalty. <br /> <br />(a) Any person perfonning any of the functions for which a pennit is required under this chapter without having a valid <br />pennit for the same shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to punishment as provided <br />in section 10-6 of this Code. <br /> <br />(b) Any person violating any provision ofthis chapter deaHng with fIre safety or zoning shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />
