<br />" <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />All permittees shall be required to 'comply with the requirements of Chapter 6 of the <br />City's Code of Ordinance. The following are certain excepted portions of that chapter. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-4 Taxiing and Traffic Rules Adopted for Airport. <br /> <br />The taxiing rules and traffic rules as contained in the Airman's Information Manual (AIM), published by the U. S. <br />Department of Transportation, are hereby adopted, together with any amendments hereafter made thereto, and are made <br />a part of this chapter, and the same shall govern all matters covered therein at the airport. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-22 (c) Permits issued under this section are of one (1) year or less duration, and may be revoked after <br />ten (10) days' notice and hearing for the failure to comply with this article. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-22 (d) All permittees shall have a minimum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) for each <br />person and five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) for each single occurrence for bodily injury or death and one <br />hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for each single occurrence for injury to or destruction of property insurance <br />coverage with the City being reflected as an additional insured in their policies; and, additionally, permittees must meet <br />or exceed insurance to meet current state, FAA Rules and Regulations and federal law, if any, for their particular activity <br />or activities. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-25. General Standards. <br /> <br />Each Operator must, in his operations on the airport under which aeronautical serves are furnished the public, including <br />the sale of any aeronautical parts, materials, or supplies, furnish such service on a fair, equal, and not unjustly <br />discriminatory basis to all users thereof, and charge fair, reasonable, and not unjustly discriminatory basis to all users <br />thereof, and charge fair, reasonable, and not unjustly discriminatory prices for each unit or service; provided that the <br />operator may be allowed to make reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts, rebates, or other similar types of price <br />reductions to volume purchasers. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-27. Flight Training Activities. <br /> <br />The following standards shall apply to the conduct to flight training activities on Cox Field: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The operator must provide, on a full-time basis, personnel and equipment appropriate to the types <br />of training planned. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The operator must make available a number of aircraft of specific types, compatible with proposed <br />training. <br /> <br />(3) <br />(4) <br /> <br />The operator must provide classroom space for ground school training. <br /> <br />The operator must meet certification requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration to conduct <br />the proposed training. <br /> <br />SECTION 6-28. Aircraft charter and taxi service. <br /> <br />The following standards shall apply to aircraft charter and taxi service supplies or furnished at Cox Field: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />(2) <br />(3) <br /> <br />FAR 135 must be complied with. <br /> <br />The operator mush provide assurance of the availability of suitable aircraft, with qualified operators. <br /> <br />The operator must provide satisfactory mangements for checking passengers, handling luggage, <br />
