<br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Shawn Napier, . . <br />City Engineer <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />December 2, 2004 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Paris Living CDC Addition (City Block 176) Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br /> <br />~ 1. Provide a mailing address for the owners. <br />2. Change the lot l).umber to 1. <br />3. Right-of-Way (ROW) dedication is required on both frontages. 25-feet of ROW is <br />.., required from the center of the existing street (1.5-feet on 3rd S.W. and 5-feet on W. <br />Sherman St). <br />4. Change the drainage easement to a 50-foot easement. <br />5. Change RE-PLAT to Preliminary Plat in the lower right comer. <br />6. Include the following note on the preliminary plat' Approved for preparation of final <br />plat' with a signature block for the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />7. Remove the certification, approval and dedication statements from the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />TonyN.
