<br />the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and being a part of lot 10, City Block 289 (plat not recorded), said lot 10
<br />being conveyed to Tony L. Bryant et ux by deed recorded in Vol. 615, Page 711, of the Deed Records of
<br />said County and State. .
<br />Beginning at a ~" capped (NELSON SURVEYING) iron pin (s) for corner in the West Boundary Line of
<br />lot 10 and in the East Boundary Line of lot 11 of said City Block 289, said iron pin being N 89°59'54" W a
<br />distance of 150.37 feet and North 0°09'37" West a distance of 134.88 feet from the intersection of the
<br />North Boundary Line of Margaret 81. with the East Boundary Line of 32nd S.E., said lot 11 being the same
<br />lot conveyed to Larry Gene Cass by deed recorded in Vol. 696, Page 556, of said Deed Records.
<br />Thence North 0°9'37" East a distance of 68.75 feet to a %" capped (NELSON SURVEYING) iron pin
<br />(5) for corner at the Northwest corner of said lot 1 0 and at the Northeast corner of said lot 11, said corner
