MEM4RANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P. . <br />Director of Engi , Planning and Development <br />DATE: January 4, 2012 <br />SUBJECT: Pecan Place Addition Phase III <br />1 have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. <br />1. Show the setbacks (side yard and rear yard) for each lot or add a note. Side yard will be <br />established by section 9-602 #2 of the Zoning Ordinance and the rear yard setback is 10- <br />feet. <br />2. Change all of the dates to 2012. <br />3. Add curve data to the three curves around the cul-de-sac. <br />4. Add a point and call at the northwest corner of lot 15 at the ROW dedication line. <br />I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with <br />signatures of the surveyor and owner prior to noon on January 6, 2012. <br />cc: Gene Anderson, Interim City Manager <br />Brandon Chaney, P.E., R.P.L.S., Chaney Engineering Inc. <br />D.
