Deliberate and act on a Resolution approving a Sub-Lease Agreement between the Red <br />River Valley Fair Association and the Paris Noon Founders Lion's Club. <br />17. Deliberate and act on a Resolution authorizing an Interlocal Agreement between the Ark- <br />Tex Council of Governments E9-11 service and PSAP Equipment for the City of Paris; <br />and authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents. <br />18. Deliberate and provide direction to Staff for the City of Paris General Election 2012 date. <br />19. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />20.
