<br />Ver1.10 <br />08/03 <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />Resource Management. <br /> <br />City of Paris Finance - Warehouse <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Primary responsibility for this function is assigned to the City of <br />Paris Warehouse Director, who will prepare and maintain Annex M <br />(Resource Management) to this plan and supporting SOP'S <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Emergency tasks to be performed include: <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br /> <br />Maintain an inventory of emergency resources. <br />During emergency operations, locates supplies, equipment, <br />and personnel to meet specific needs. <br />Maintain a list of suppliers for supplies and equipment <br />needed immediately in the aftermath of an emergency. <br />Establish emergency purchasing procedures and coordinate <br />emergency procurements. <br />Establish and maintain a manpower reserve and coordinate <br />assignment of reserve personnel to departments and <br />agencies that require augmentation. <br />Coordinate transportation, sorting, temporary storage, and <br />distribution of resources during emergency situations. <br />Establish staging areas for resources, if required. <br />During emergency operations, identify to the Donations <br />Management Coordinator those goods, services, and <br />personnel that are needed. <br />Maintain records of emergency-related expenditures for <br />purchases and personnel. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />g. <br />h. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />Human Services. <br /> <br />The Salvation Army <br /> <br />1) Primary responsibility for this function is assigned to the Salvation Army, <br />who will prepare and maintain Annex 0 (Human Services) to this plan and <br />supporting SOP'S <br /> <br />2) Emergency tasks to be performed include: <br /> <br />a) Identify emergency feeding sites. <br />b) Identify sources of clothing for disaster victims. <br />c) Secure emergency food supplies. <br />d) Coordinate the operation of shelter facilities, whether operated by local <br />government, local volunteer groups, or organized disaster relief <br />agencies such as the American Red Cross. <br />e) Coordinate special care requirements for disaster victims such as the <br />aged, special needs individuals, and others. <br /> <br />32 <br />
